The challenge

Halcyon's creative pipeline couldn't keep up with testing demand. A handful of ads a month meant most of their budget ran on stale, under-tested creative.

Our approach

We stood up a generative creative pipeline — concepting, variant generation, and a creative-ops workflow — so winners get identified and scaled in days, not quarters.

The outcome

Output went from a few ads a month to two hundred a week, and quality improved as the system learned what resonated.
